Cabin Rest guide

How to set up Cabin Rest.

Use the adjustable headrest support, Sling, and contoured eye mask only with a compatible airline seat headrest.

Before you begin

Check that the adjustable headrest support can be positioned securely on your seat. Cabin crew instructions always take priority.

The set

Cabin Rest includes a contoured eye mask, an adjustable headrest support, a Sling, and a travel pouch to keep the pieces together between the seat and your carry-on.

Settle in, step by step

Use the pieces in a simple order.

  1. Fasten the adjustable headrest support around a compatible airline seat headrest.
  2. Drape the Sling across the front of your body.
  3. Place both arms—including elbows, forearms, wrists and hands—fully inside the Sling.
  4. Set the contoured eye mask when you are ready.

The Sling

The Sling is the broad fabric piece that crosses the front of the body. Its strap ends connect it into the seat setup. Both arms—including elbows, forearms, wrists and hands—must be fully inside the Sling.

When the flight ends

Keep the three pieces together in the included travel pouch for the next leg of the journey.
